Bianca from FOOD PEOPLE met them in Stockholm on 29th September and participated in an expert panel about emerging trends in food products and Swedish flavours (2010 and 3-5 years ahead), and whats unique for Sweden and the Swedes regarding philosophy and approach.

Fifteen soulmates from Nederlands Bakkerij Centrum came to Stockholm to join FOOD PEOPLE on a trend tour. We had two great days together visiting Stockholms best restaurants, bakeries, stores and foodhalls. Lectures about trends, Swedish food and personal meetings with top-chefs included.
